We just knew that Whitney Houston fans would pack the house this weekend for the opening of the movie Sparkle….but that was not the case for most movies this weekend. Sparkle came in the top 10 at number 5. Grossing 12 million. Could it be that back to school didn’t allow fans to goto the movies?
