A former Indianapolis Colt is taking time of pay it forward.
Gary Bracektt hosted 150 local moms at the Marriot, downtown for the TendHer Heart event.
Many of the mother’s in attendance at Sunday’s event, have children who are patients at Riley Children’s Hospital, Clarian North or Peyton Manning Chidlren’s Hospital and today’s lunch gives them a chance to relax and refresh.
“I started this six years ago in rememberance of my mom and how hard she worked for me just to have the idea to take a moment for ourselves,” Brackett said.
