Mega pastors Joel Osteen and Rick Warren have both made appearances on Oprah Winfrey’s Lifeclass, but only one is king of the ratings: Bishop TD Jakes.
When the MegaFest leader brought the Queen of all media’s brand of inspiration to the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX as a part of his 3-day family-friendly festival, together, the two made ratings history for the OWN network.
According to Dallas Morning News, the “Get Ready”preacher and the “Aha Moment” originator brought in an audience of 687,000 strong.
To date, Winfrey and Jakes are responsible for the network’s No. 1 rated telecast in its Lifeclass series history among women ages 25-54 and total viewers.
