Worship leader William McDowell was just nominated for his first ever GRAMMY® —something he said he is “humbled and honored by”.
Yet, his focus is not on personal accolades, but on the needs of others.
Recently, McDowell held his 3rd annual Red Carpet Christmas benefit concert in Orlando, Fl, where he partnered with Feeding Children Everywhere, a social charity that provides healthy meals for hungry children.
The effort, which McDowell is calling his ministry’s “biggest event to date with our largest attendance,” raised enough funds to provide over 67,000 meals to needy families and children, and the number continues to grow.
The concert, which featured performances by McDowell, Tina Campbell (from Mary Mary), Tasha Cobbs, David & Nicole Binion, Pastor John Gray and more, will be televised on December 26th at 8pm ET exclusively on The WORD Network.
