Pharrell Tops MTV’S 2014 List of Most played Music Videos

PR — MTV has revealed the music video for Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” as the most played video of the year across its international network of channels as part of the annual Video Play Awards list. Videos for Calvin Harris’ “Summer”, Mr Probz’s “Waves (Robin Schulz Remix)” and Clean Bandit’s “Rather Be” also landed at the top of the most-played list consecutively. The annual Video Play Awards count honors the most played music videos across MTV’s international network of more than 90 channels in over 160 countries worldwide.
Pharrell’s global smash hit anthem “Happy” was also the fan favorite for 2014, becoming the most streamed music video across all MTV websites internationally this year.
