Sub-zero temperatures and icy roads are causing several school districts across central Indiana to cancel classes for a second day, including Indianapolis Public Schools, the township schools and several of the suburban districts, like Hamilton Southeastern. Many of the Christian and Parochial schools are operating on delays.

IPS will continue to meet the nutrition needs of the districts students by serving lunches again on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the following school locations:

- Carl Wilde School 79
- Arlington Woods School 99
