What is your idea of a perfect workday? Would that day include a promotion or possibly a raise or someone you hate at work gets fired. Well, unfortunately these type of monumental events don’t happen that often. However, you can start implementing several things to improve your productivity and happiness at work. According to a recent experiment conducted by the productivity app DeskTime, people that are considered very high performers at work take 17 minute breaks and work 52 minutes and continue that cycle throughout the day.
