Grammy Award winner Patti LaBelle will perform in concert at the Indiana Black Expo’s Annual Music Heritage Festival this summer.
The concert also includes the Isley Brothers featuring Ronald Isley and Ernie Esley & El Debarge, which will be held at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse on Saturday, July 18.
