Empire star Taraji P. Henson is working on a memoir about her life.
The book will reportedly give insight into her childhood in an impoverished area of Washington, D.C. Taraji will also talk about her struggles as a single mom along with details about her amazing television and movie career.
According to the Associated Press, her book is being published by 37 Ink, which is an imprint of Atria Publishing Group and Simon & Schuster. It’s slated to be released in mid-2016.
