Teen Unemployment Opportunity Fair Friday Evening In Indianapolis
Improving the economics of our community’s youth is on tap this evening as a part of a collaborative effort of community partners. Our youth want summer jobs and many parents want their kids to work, not just to earn money now but to learn responsibility and gain a work ethic. To help, the Indianapolis Ten Point Coalition is joining with various faith-based and community partners hosting a job fair this Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Applicants must be youth between the ages of 14 – 18 and they must bring proof of age to the event.
There are two convenient locations for the event:
• On Indy’s west side: Olivet Missionary Baptist Church, 4141 N. High School Road
• On Indy’s east side: Fervent Prayer Church, 10512 E. 38th St.
