Wal-Mart Launches Online Special To Compete With Amazon

It’s not even the holiday shopping season and two big retail giants are already fighting to get online customers.
After Amazon.com began promoting a huge sale for Prime members for Wednesday, July 14, Wal-Mart decided to launch a counter attack by offering free shipping for online purchases of just $35 instead of $50 and over the next 30 days. The retail giant is also offering discounts on thousands of items online.
