Over the years, we have seen Jamie Foxx’s daughter, Corrine, escorting him to various red carpet events. It seems that the shoe will be on the other foot at this years Golden Globes, where Jamie will escort Corrine instead. 21-year-old Corrine Foxx was just named 2016 Miss Golden Globe, which means she has the responsibility of handing out the statuettes at the 73rd annual Golden Globes.
The honor usually goes to a son or daughter of a superstar, and the parent assists their child while they hand out the awards. Jamie got a little emotional talking about his daughter in an interview with ET. Jamie told ET that he was “over the moon” when he found out the good news. You can watch Jamie’s reaction here.
