It’s been a big week for social media singing sensation Bri (Briana Babineaux) whose debut radio single “I’ll Be The One” moved into the Top 15 on Billboard Magazine’s Gospel Airplay chart. Concurrently, pre-orders for Bri’s forthcoming debut album “Keys To My Heart” (Marquis Boone Enterprises, LLC /Tyscot Records, LLC) took her to #1 on the iTunes Christian/Gospel landing page over the weekend and also graced the Top 10 for pre-orders across all musical genres.

To cap the week, Essence.com named Bri and two of her Tyscot Records label mates Anthony Brown of Anthony Brown & group therAPy and Danetra Moore to its annual “Get Lifted: 20 Gospel Artists To Watch” photo gallery. “With fans ranging from Brandy to Drake and over 350k Instagram followers, you can understand why she’s one to watch,” the editorial states.

The slideshow captioning goes on to state that “Some say he’s the next generation’s Kirk Franklin” when describing Anthony Brown whose group is spending its 20th week at #1 on Billboard’s Gospel Airplay chart with his Grammy Award nominated radio smash “Worth.” It hails from his #1 sophomore album “Everyday Jesus” (Key of A/Vman/Tyscot Records, LLC).

Lastly, powerhouse vocalist Danetra Moore also made the listing.  “Backing some of the best in R&B, including Ledisi, Angie Stone and KeKe Wyatt, Danetra is by far one of the most underrated new talents in Gospel,” the editor writes. “With a voice that can rival just about any singer, in any genre of music..” Moore’s debut album “Light in the Dark” (Tyscot Records, LLC) surfaced this past October and boasts the beautiful ballad “Only God Can” and the joyous, up-tempo tune “Great & Mighty.”
