Vogue commented earlier this week that Audrey Hepburn’s 1963 hairstyle that landed in the pages of their magazine must have been the inspiration for Lupita Nyong’o’s Met Gala hairstyle. Lupita wasn’t having it, and she is let Vogue know who actually inspired her hairstyle.
After comparing the two actresses hairstyles, Vogue posed the question, “Is Lupita Nyong’o the New Audrey Hepburn?” Lupita kindly clapped back by posting the below video to Instagram, and she made sure to tag Vogue.
