A 5-year-old’s cute response to his mother about him needing a haircut has gone viral, and for a good reason.
Lydia Stith Rosebush recently posted the below photo to Facebook of her son Jax and his friend Reddy. She says she had told Jax he needed a haircut and she asked what he wanted to do about his “wild hair.” Jax responded that he wanted to shave his head to look like Reddy, so when they went to school the teacher wouldn’t be able to tell them apart.
Rosebush said in her post, “Here’s a picture of Jax and Reddy from their Christmas program. I’m sure you all see the resemblance.” She went on to say, “If this isn’t proof that hate and prejudice is something that is taught I don’t know what is. The only difference Jax sees in the two of them is their hair.” The post has since been shared over 81,000 times and counting.
