“The commemorative Wreath Placing Ceremony will take place on January 13, 2021 at 6 pm at the Indiana War Memorial: Soldiers and Sailors Monument. Masks will be mandatory as we practice social distancing guidelines at the outdoor event. This year will bring a new and surprising performance highlighting a few Hoosier Youth honoring the late civil rights hero.”
