Acoording to LEXINGTON, Ky. (WISH) – Two Indianapolis youth ministers were arrested in Kentucky.

Lexington police said the two brought about 15 kids to their city – so they could sell candy.

Steven Floyd and Jamal Jones are charged with endangering the welfare of minors. Jones is also charged with possession of marijuana.

Lexington police said the two men left the 12 and 13 year olds unsupervised.

They split up and were found in several parts of the city – including one area that contained adult businesses.

“Once we were able to group and get the kids together we brought them to our police headquarters. Then contacted adults or other responsive individuals that could come to Lexington to pick them up,” said Lt. Raymond Roller of the Lexington Police Department.

Lexington police said they found out about the roaming groups of kids after two of the 12 year olds called 911 because someone took their money.
