The AES 500 Festival Parade returns on Saturday, May 24, 2025, and you don’t want to miss it. As one of the nation’s top parades—standing alongside the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Tournament of Roses—it draws more than 200,000 spectators to downtown Indianapolis each year.
Watch as vibrant floats, giant helium balloons, world-class marching bands, and all 33 Indy 500 drivers bring energy and excitement to the streets. The parade also features special guests, local talent, and unforgettable moments that capture the spirit of the city.
The action begins at 11:45 AM with pre-show festivities, and the parade steps off at 12:00 PM. Watch live in person, on WTHR Channel 13 in Indianapolis, or stream it nationally on Peacock.
