Brandy Norwood Returns to Lifetime for New Christmas Movie
Grammy® Award-winning singer and actress Brandy Norwood is returning to Lifetime this holiday season with Christmas Everyday Again (working title), a follow-up to last year’s successful Christmas Everyday. Norwood will reprise her role as Chicago fashion designer Francine “Fancy” Ballantine and also serve as an executive producer.
The film reunites Norwood with her real-life daughter, Sy’rai Smith, who returns as Fancy’s younger sister, Belle. Debbi Morgan reprises her role as their mother, Evelyn, while Robert C. Riley returns as Fancy’s fiancé, Jaylen. The cast also includes Kajuana S. Marie, Journey Carter, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, and Lamman Rucker, with Gregory Alan Williams joining the cast as Earl.
In Christmas Everyday Again, Fancy is preparing for a major season in her life as she works to secure the future of her thriving boutique while planning her dream Christmas wedding to Jaylen. But when business pressures mount and a reformed ex unexpectedly returns, Fancy takes on more than she can handle and unintentionally pushes Jaylen away.
As Christmas draws closer, Fancy must confront her past and decide whether she is willing to let go of what’s behind her before it jeopardizes the future she has always dreamed of.
The film recently wrapped production and will be part of Lifetime’s annual It’s a Wonderful Lifetime holiday lineup.

Christmas Everyday Again is produced by FOX Entertainment Studios, Relevé Entertainment, and Motion Entertainment, A WPP Media Company, for Lifetime. Roger Bobb returns as director, reuniting with writer Meg DeLoatch.
