Afternoons with Amos’ Campaign Tuesday’s continued on a special day, Monday, as Steve Talley candidate for the Democratic nomination for City-County Council District 11 talked about the issues with listeners and community. District 11 is on the city/county’s northeast side; 38th on the South, 75th on the North, Franklin Road on the East and Emerson on the West. It includes the Devington, Brendon Way neighborhoods.
