CNN is under fire for victim shaming Freddie Gray in the wake of the first of six officers' trials for the 25-year-old's death.

William G. Porter, 26, is charged with manslaughter, second-degree assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment. Baltimore State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake repeatedly stated the officers will get a fair trial in the city.

Three people have been arrested in the stabbing death of Baltimore stylist Damon Jennings. According to Maryland State Police, Jennings knew the three individuals through their mutual involvement in an event promotion business.

Jennings' clothed body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore to determine cause of death.

Baltimore Police say Damon Jennings was last seen leaving a restaurant in Baltimore County at around 11 p.m. on Oct. 16.
