Hundreds of Indianapolis area households are having problems dealing with Citizens Energy’s new combined gas and water bills.  A year after Citizens Gas bought the Indianapolis Water Company, the bills were combined. Now instead of receiving separate gas and water bills, customers get one combined bill.  And that’s caused problems and havoc for many.  Citizens Energy officials appeared on Afternoons with Amos to hear listeners concerns and take cu questions.
