Charges Filed In Expo Shooting Case. Read Prosecution Case For Yourself.

Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi has filed a fourteen count criminal complaint against the alleged shooter of nine persons during the Black Expo downtown July 18th. In a Probable Cause affidavit filed today (July 26th), prosecutors charged Shamus Patton with fourteen counts of battery, aggravated battery, criminal recklessness, carrying a handgun without a permit, dangerous possession of a firearm and criminal gang activity.
