Romans 13:8 Owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God’s law.
Words for the Day: Love Yourself
Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself” (see Matthew 22:39). So we need a healthy respect for ourselves if we want to enjoy our relationships with other people. If we don’t have a balanced love for ourselves, it is difficult to love others. Life is no fun if we can’t enjoy other people; because they are everywhere we go!
Sometimes it is difficult to get along with people because they seem so different from us, but it is our differences that make us need one another. God designed us to need each other’s friendships and talents. Do something nice for someone today. Let someone know that you appreciate him or her.
