The verdict is in on ex-Miami Dolphins player, Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson. He has been formally charged with battery on the assault of his wife, Evelyn Lozada; according to the State Attorney for Broward County, Florida. As previously reported in EURweb, Chad was arrested for domestic violence in Florida on August 11th after his wife found a receipt for condoms, and things turned violent.
