A former model on “The Price Is Right” has been given the go-ahead to take her sexual harassment case against the show to trial.  A judge has ruled against the show’s attorneys efforts to have Lanisha Cole’s case dismissed.  Cole claims she was sexually harassed when a male producer reprimanded her while she was half-naked in a dressing room.  She says the production company refused to properly investigate her complaints.

Defense attorneys say Cole was insubordinate to many people around “The Price Is Right” during her time as a model on the show.  Last year, former “Price Is Right” model Brandi Cochran won over eight-million dollars in compensatory and punitive damages against the show’s producers in a pregnancy discrimination case.  However, the judgment was overturned last month.  A new trial is pending.
