(FRIENDSWOOD, TX) — A Houston Regional Amber Alert for 16-year-old Jasmine Fulcher was canceled Thursday after the girl was found safe. Her alleged abductor was in custody.
She is believed to have been abducted by her biological father, Jackie Fulcher, on May 23 from Shepherd, Texas.
