News hit early this Thursday, August 7th, Morning about local Indianapolis basketball star who was arrested.
Greg Oden, who attended and graduated from Lawrence North High School, was arrested Thursday morning on charges of battery for possibly hitting his ex-girlfriend.
Oden, who has recently been released by the Miami Heat after a 1 year deal, originates from the circle city, where he and Mike Conley took over the basketball world back in high school and as well at Ohio State University, before forgoing his last 3 years of school to pursue a professional career.
Injuries have affected Oden his whole life and now having to deal with these charges, doesn’t look too promising for the use to be hero of Indianapolis…
