It’s 7am, you either put the coffee pot on at home or maybe you are driving to the nearest Starbucks to get your pumpkin spice latte but did you know that drinking coffee in the morning is not helping you at all?!?!

Sooooo even with all the big words and phrases i don’t understand it looks like your body produces enough caffeine without the need of your favorite morning time drink.
