#WTLCIndyNews: IPS, Township & Other Districts On Two-Hour Delays Due To Frigid Friday Temps

Delays and closures are in effect on this “frigidly cold Friday,” impacting students who attend Indianapolis Public Schools. IPS is on a two-hour delay as are several of the township schools. Also take note that a Winter Storm Warning is coming in tonight to close out this blustery cold week.
