What started out as a typical take out order at a Virginia restaurant, ended with a customer mistakenly receiving $4500 in cash with his order.

That customer, James Minor, decided to do the right thing and return the money. When he asked to speak to the manager at Bojangle’s, he says he was greeted with a person who definitely had an attitude problem.

“He told me in an arrogant, nasty attitude being disrespectful saying that, ‘We would’ve called the authorities on you, too,’” Minor said he was told if he hadn’t returned the money. “Here I am doing a good thing, bringing the money back.  Most folks probably would’ve kept on going and wouldn’t have recognized it until they got home.”

After the conversation, the manager decided to give Minor a free meal. Minor was disappointed with what the manager offered him and reached out to the corporate headquarters, in which he was then offered a $100 gift card.
