The Afternoons with Amos PODCAST For Tuesday, September 1, 2015.  Afternoons with Amos began its ambitious series of Candidate Tuesday interviews with some of the fifty-five candidates – of all three political parties – running for Indianapolis City-County Council.  Four of the six Libertarian candidates running appeared on the program.  The candidates expressed their views on a wide range of issues from violence, crime and public safety, police dash-cams and body cams, the condition of streets and neighborhoods, Mayor Ballard’s effort to incorporate electric cars in the city’s fleet and through an unusual car electric car sharing program.  The Libertarian candidates complained about the excessive red tape and permits of City agencies like the Department of Code Enforcement.  (Interview with Libertarian Candidates In Districts 2 and 12 Starts At 00:23 Mark On PODCAST Media Player). Sam Goldstein is the Libertarian candidate in Council District 2, which includes the neighborhoods around along Ditch and Springmill Road, Meridian Hills, Nora areas north of broad Ripple and Keystone at the Crossing.  The District is. 81.8% White, 6.1% Hispanic, 10.8% Black     Mike Gunyon is the Libertarian Candidate in Council District 12. It includes Irvington, the areas along east Washington, Michigan, 10th and 16th Streets and along Southeastern Avenue.  The District is – 67.7% White, 22.5% Black; 11.7% Hispanic
