A Chicago teen has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl that was streamed on Facebook Live.
The shooter is still on the loose, authorities have not made any arrests and continue their investigation.
Carter, along with her best friend Tiara Parker, 20, and Parker’s cousin, Akyra Murray, 18, visited Pulse on vacation in Orlando. They thought they would escape to dance the night away.
