Aretha Franklin fans will have to wait a little longer to see her. The Queen of Soul just announced that she is postponing two October concerts in Oklahoma due to travel fatigue.
The 73-year-old resides in Detroit and only travels by tour bus. She recently traveled to the West Coast and says she is still exhausted. The legendary vocalist has promised fans in Tulsa and Durant, Oklahoma that she will be rescheduling her shows.
The Grammy winner is however preparing to travel to Philadelphia on Sept. 26 to perform for Pope Francis’ visit to the city.
