Two more character’s for FOX’s live musical The Passion have been announced. The Passion will air live from New Orleans, the hometown of host and narrator Tyler Perry, and it’s based on the last hours of Jesus’ life.
Jesus will be played by Telenovela actor Jencarlos Canela (pictured above), and Judas will be played by former American Idol: Season 5 contestant Chris Daughtry (pictured below). They will be joining country singer Trisha Yearwood who will play Mary, and singer songwriter Prince Royce who will play Peter.
