You have most likely been to Starbucks and watched the barista pour your drink into the cup.  Have you ever noticed they don’t quite fill it up all the way?  Why is that?  Well, two California Starbucks regulars say they are being ripped off and they have had enough.  Siera Strumlauf and Benjamin Robles are suing Starbucks for “purposely” not fully filling their latte cups.

The two claim Starbucks rips off their customers in order to save costs by leaving about 25% of the cup unfilled.  The suit states, “Starbucks has saved countless millions of dollars in the cost of goods sold and was unjustly enriched by taking payment for more product than it delivers.”

Starbucks claims the suit will not hold up, as they specialize in “hand-crafted” beverages, so the quantity varies with each cup.  You can read more on the story here.
