Actress and singer Tisha Campbell-Martin announced yesterday that she and her husband, Duane Martin, have filed for bankruptcy. Tisha took to twitter to clear the air with her fans, but later deleted her string of tweets.
Documents state that the couple is $15 million in debt, due to unpaid taxes, loans, and credit card bills. Tisha tweeted, “Obviously couldn’t agree 2 a settlement w the banks, so we filed to reorganize, that’s all, but I so appreciate the genuine concern 4 my fam.”
Tisha went on to ask her followers if they had seen the film The Big Short. She then explained that her and her husband had invested in property before the market crashed.
