A week has passed since Madonna’s Prince tribute performance at the Billboard Music Awards that had people everywhere voicing their opinions. Madonna still isn’t over it, as she posted two photos to Instagram referencing the purple shade BET threw her way.
BET was quick to throw shade Madonna’s way, as they shared a short video to social media that has since been removed that said, “Yeah, we saw that. Don’t worry. We got you.”
Madonna clapped back with the below photo which she captioned, “Wearing the jacket Prince gave me back in the day without permission from BET.” She then posted another photo captioned, “I will shade you.”
