Fans Rally Around Nelly To Help Him Raise Money
How many “Hot In Here” downloads does it take to get St. Louis rapper Nelly out of debt?
Over 287 million.
Fans rallied around the midwestern lyricist after word spread that the reality dad slipped into some serious debt. TMZ reported the Nellyville artist is over $2 million in the gutter with the IRS.
When news hit, a social media funding campaign hit Twitter to encourage downloads of his hit song to help the rapper break even with the government.

Lil Mama Throws Shade At Nicki MInaj
Beef between rappers in hip-hop isn’t a new thing — some would say it’s even required to keep the spirit of competition flowing.
So Lil Mama is falling in line like the many rappers with beef before her (insert Drake and Meek Mill) — by publicly dissing Nicki Minaj.
The “Lipgloss” lyricist posted this message to the Instagram, bigging up Lil Kim and subliminally trashing Nicki Minaj. Nicki became known for her pink wigs, but Lil Mama claims it’s the Queen Bee who is the true trendsetter:
“Like like @lilkimthequeenbee ain’t make b**ches wanna rock pink hair at some point like … @misahylton what’s that shit you say #respectthearchitect B**CH!” she wrote.
Well, it’s clear whose side she’s on.
