Mayor Ballard, Citizens Energy CEO Lykins Explain Water Company Sale On AWA

Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard and Citizens Energy President/CEO Carey Lykins appeared on Afternoons with Amos to explain the sale of the Indianapolis Water Company for $1.9 billion dollars to Citizens. The deal would mean the City would receive some $425 million dollars for repair of streets, sidewalks, bridges and other infrastructure.
