James Andrews and New Seasons have been guided by the hand of God through every season of ministry and life. The greatest season has been seeing souls saved and people giving their lives to Christ.
James Andrews, a native of Indianapolis founded New Seasons in 1999. Since its inception, they have ministered in Ohio, Kansas, Detroit, Alabama, Chicago, Memphis and Nashville sharing in ministry with such artists as: Dorinda Clark-Cole, John P. Kee, Tye Tribbett, Marvin Sapp, Rodnie Bryant, VaShawn Mitchell and Deitirck Haddon. In 2006, James and New Seasons was the awarded “The Best Choir Award” at Dorinda Clark-Cole’s Music Conference and also ministered at the V.I.P. Music and Arts Seminar hosted by Pastor John P. Kee. In 2003, New Seasons was runner-up in the Radio ONE gospel showcase and also placed 1st in the Gospel Quest hosted by Dr. Bobby Jones.
James Andrews is also an anointed songwriter, delivering songs that speak to and from the heart of God encouraging people across the world. James Andrews and New Seasons have been described by many as a group of young people with a lot of energy and passion for ministry. They spark the eyes and ears of audiences with their electrifying energy, vocals and anointed performance style.
All of these great gifts have afforded them the opportunity to release their new project Walking Through The Door featuring the Radio Single “Father You’re Worthy” written by James Andrews. Walking Through The Door also includes the songs, He Loved Me, So Good, Magnify Him, Receive our Praise, and God Will. The new release Walking Through the Door is full of energy and high praise.
In 2009, James and New Seasons were chosen as the lead choir featured in Comedian Bruce Bruce’s Movie “Bounty Hunter”.
