Have you ever been to Small Claims Court in Marion County? If you have, or might be called into Small Claims Court, big changes are coming in how the courts will operate. After stories in the Wall Street Journal and other complaints, the Indiana Supreme Court created a special commission who has made recommendations on improving Indy’s nine township Small Claims Courts. Listen as Marion County Circuit Court Judge Lou Rosenberg and the Pike Township Small Claims Judge Doug Stephens and Warren Township Small Claims Judge Garland Graves explained the changes and improvements, which after public comment, will take effect on January 1st. The three also took calls, questions and concerns from listeners about the county’s Small Claims Courts.
