Is IMPD Scuttling Proven Programs That Brings Cops & Youth Together?

Is the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) planning to scuttle proven programs like the PAL Club and the OK Program that have brought cops and youth together for years?  That’s what a group of community leaders charged on Afternoons with Amos. Rev. Donald Greene, Pastor of Second Baptist Church and Board Member of the OK Program, Dr. Carolyn  Higginbotham OK Program Board Chair and Crystal Ratcliff, President of the Indianapolis NAACP believe so.  They discussed their serious concerns about possible reduction of police working with youth programs with Amos and listeners.
