Nicki Minaj read Maya Agelou’s 1978 poem, “Still I Rise,” at Shining A Light: A Concert for Progress on Race in America. The concert promoted unity, positive change in communities, and progress on racial equity. The two-hour special event took place in Los Angeles and will air tonight, November 20th, at 8/7c on the A&E network. Check out the video below!
