A few weeks ago, comedian and radio host Rickey Smiley stopped by Steve Harvey to help deliver some church announcements.  Harvey plays his character “Sister O’Dell” and Smiley plays his character “Bernice Jenkins,” you may have heard them both before.  Watch the hilarious bit below!
