Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Whether you’re celebrating with your friends and calling it “Galentine’s Day” or you’re with a loved one showing how much you care, there are events going on around the city to show how much you appreciate your other half.

1. American Psycho Valentine’s Dinner

This is probably the exact opposite of what you might expect on Valentine’s Day. Everything from food to decor will be very untraditional. There are no reservations required, but get there early. Event lasts from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM

$15 per person includes:

– Choice of our American Psycho martini (garlic-infused vodka, vermouth, olive) or a can of 4 Loko

– Forbidden Black Rice Ramen Bowl

– Tender Steak tips with a lovely blood & red wine sauce, mixed vegetables & rice

– Blood Drip Cupcakes for Dessert

Yuzu: 13606 Madison Avenue Lakewood, Ohio 44107

2. Free ice-skating at the Cleveland Foundation Rink

The Cleveland Foundation announced plans to present a free skating event in the Cleveland Foundation Skating Rink on Valentine’s Day.

Anyone who visits the rink on Valentine’s Day will be able to skate for free between 3p.m. and 11p.m. on February 14th.

A free skating pass can be picked up at the skate rental kiosk beginning at Noon. Tickets are first come, first served and will give each skater a free skate rental, and a 45-minute skating session on the ice.

No more than 150 tickets will be given out for each session.

3. Cleveland Jazz Orchestra

What is more romantic than Jazz music? An evening of romance awaits for you at the Kent State Performance Art Center. Watch the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra perform new compositions from new and veteran artists. Tickets start at $27 and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
