“Black Indianapolis refers to the over 230,000 citizens who describe themselves as Black on the US Census. Our community faces significant challenges but that also means we have opportunities. Please complete this survey to help those who are working on this effort better understand your concerns and aspirations. Survey data will be captured by Black Onyx Management, Inc., a public benefit corporation working for the improvement of Black and other marginalized communities. All responses will be anonymous and confidential. It is estimated that this survey will take less than 7 minutes. “
