Plenty of people across the country will likely be grilling this Memorial Day weekend.  Cleveland Clinic registered dietitian Denise Cole says one way to make your holiday cookout healthier is to grill fish instead of beef burgers.  She says salmon burgers, swordfish and tuna are good grilling choices.  Other options are all-white meat turkey burgers or veggie burgers.  Cole recommends hot dog lovers choose all-beef or turkey dogs that contain less saturated fat than regular hot dogs.  She also suggests healthier cookout side dishes like grilled vegetables or fruit kabobs.
