With the winter coming up and everyone is already getting there New Year’s Resolution is to always be healthy, workout, and be happy! But, are you doing everything you are suppose to be doing to make sure you reach these goals???

Do not forget before anything is to stretch! Stretching is a huge part of the workout because it gets the body going and lose. You do not want to start any strenuous activity without your body being fully warmed up. There are a lot of different stretches for almost every body part, and do not forget to hold the stretches for 20-30 seconds.

 

Another big biggest mistake that most people are doing when they workout is using bad form…bad form is one of the leading causes to injury! Whether you are working out by yourself or with a partner, make sure you (and your partner) are using the proper form for running, lifting weights, and even stretching so you do not hurt yourself even more!
