Michael Phelps now has the most Olympian medals! He added the 19th last night in the 4 x 200 relay! It was such an exciting race to watch as the U.S. maintained the lead the entire race thanks to Conor Dwyer and Ricky Berens, the second and third legs after Ryan Lochte!
